No need to set your foundation with powder. Try to stay away from powder foundations. You skin gets dry during the cold months so you don't want to have you makeup making it worst. Nothing more wrong then having a caked up and dry face. Love your liquid and cream foundations around this time of the year, they will be your best friend. This is also where cream blushes come into play.
