Hair is my 1st LOVE

I blog about makeup a lot but being a hair stylist is what got me to the point that I'm in today. Started doing hair at the age of 10. I got tired of my father putting little braid and bobbles in my hair so I had to learn quick. Flat twist with a weave pontail was my favorite hairstyle. And back then everybody loved it and wanted the same thing. My father put together a mini salon in his basement just for fun. I did all the kids hair on the block. My 1st big client was my older sister who was in her 20s at the time. By the time I was 13 I was putting in a full glue-in weave. Makeup didn't come into play til 11 grade year of high school.
